Traktor lost to Metallurg and suffered their fifth consecutive defeat in the KHL

Chelyabinsk “Traktor” lost to Magnitogorsk “Metallurg” in the regular season match of the Fonbet KHL Championship.

The meeting in Chelyabinsk ended with a score of 7:4 (1:1, 4:1, 2:2) in favor of the guests. For Magnitka, Dmitry Silantyev scored a double; Derek Barak, Egor Yakovlev, Sergei Tolchinsky, Valery Orekhov and Roman Kantserov scored a puck. Semyon Der-Arguchintsev, Andrey Nikonov, Mikhail Grigorenko and Vitaly Kravtsov scored for Traktor.

Metallurg leads the Eastern Conference standings with 57 points, Traktor (35 points), which suffered its fifth defeat in a row, is sixth.

Andrei Razin’s team will host Nizhnekamsk Neftekhimik in the next match on December 22, and the Chelyabinsk team will play Barys in Astana a day later.
