Ak Bars beat Salavat Yulaev in a KHL match
Kazan’s Ak Bars defeated Ufa’s Salavat Yulaev in the Fonbet KHL Championship match.
The meeting in Ufa ended with a score of 2:1 (1:0, 0:0, 1:1) in favor of the guests. Stepan Falkovsky and Alexander Barabanov scored goals for Ak Bars. Vladislav Efremov scored against the losers.
Ak Bars scored 52 points and is in second place in the Eastern Conference standings. Salavat Yulaev is ninth with 33 points.
In the next match, the Kazan team will host Chelyabinsk Traktor on December 27, and the Ufa team will play at home with Khabarovsk Amur on December 23.
