Colorado defeated Minnesota in the NHL regular season match.

The meeting in St. Paul ended with a score of 5:1. Nathan MacKinnon scored a double for the winners, while Martin Necas, Bale Makar and Brock Nelson scored once each. Valery Nichushkin gave two assists.

Ryan Hartman scored the goal for Minnesota and was assisted by Kirill Kaprizov.

Colorado has 59 points and is in first place in the Western Conference. Minnesota (49 points) is in third place.
