Krikunov: “This Russian hockey team could win the World Championship”
Former head coach of the Russian national hockey team Vladimir Krikunov said that the national team has young and talented athletes capable of winning gold medals at the World Championships.
In December, the Russia 25 team took first place at the international tournament in Novosibirsk, where teams from Belarus and Kazakhstan also participated. The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has not allowed Russian teams to participate in tournaments under the auspices of the organization since 2022 due to the situation in Ukraine.
