Dynamo hockey player Der-Arguchintsev said that he dreams of playing on the same team with Ovechkin

Dynamo Moscow forward Semyon Der-Arguchintsev said in an interview with Match TV that he dreams of playing for the Blue and White together with striker Alexander Ovechkin.

Ovechkin is a Dynamo graduate. Der-Arguchintsev joined the Moscow team last week as a result of an exchange. Previously, the forward played in the KHL for Traktor Chelyabinsk and Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod.

– If Ovechkin decides to end his NHL career in 2026, he will spend the next season with Dynamo – this was part of his plans.

“I can’t speak for Alexander what he will choose.” But this is a strong motivation – to play well for Dynamo, to play for a long time in this excellent club. And if it turns out that I end up on the same team with Ovechkin himself, that would be very cool! We can say that my childhood dream will come true,” Der-Arguchintsev told Match TV.

Ovechkin is 40 years old, he is the best sniper in the history of the NHL regular season, a Stanley Cup winner and a three-time world champion.
