Gritsyuk, Rashevsky and Khusnutdinov are nominees for the KHL Rookie of the Season award

Avangard Omsk forward Arseniy Gritsyuk, Dynamo Moscow forward Dmitry Rashevsky and SKA St. Petersburg forward Marat Khusnutdinov are on the list of nominees for the KHL Newcomer of the Season award, the league’s press service reports.
Gritsyuk scored 38 points (22 goals + 16 assists) in 52 games of the regular season and playoffs of the KHL. The striker became the second scorer and the best sniper of Avangard at the end of the season.
Rashevsky scored 38 (21+17) points in 59 games. The striker spent the rest of the season at Dynamo Petersburg, where he scored 10 (4+6) points in 11 playoff games.
Khusnutdinov has 16 (6+10) points in 48 matches.
The KHL season closing ceremony will be held on May 19, 2022.
