The New York Rangers lost to Utah in the NHL match, Panarin scored two points

Utah Mammoth hockey players beat the New York Rangers in an away match of the NHL regular season.

The meeting in New York ended with a score of 3:2 in favor of the guests. For Utah, goals were scored by Dylan Guenther, Michael Carcone and Sean Durzi. Alexis Lafreniere and Vincent Trocheck scored for the Rangers.

Russian forward of the New York Rangers Artemy Panarin gave two assists. He has 46 points (16+30) this season and is the team’s top scorer.

Rangers goalkeeper Igor Shesterkin was injured in the first period with the score 0:0, after Utah forward Jon Peterka crashed into the Russian. Shesterkin was taken off the ice and replaced by Jonathan Quick.

Utah scored 43 points and rose to 10th position in the Western Conference. The Rangers (46) are in 13th place in the East.
