Todd’s double brought Spartak victory in the KHL match with Severstal
Moscow “Spartak” beat Cherepovets “Severstal” in an away match of the regular season of the Fonbet KHL Championship.
The meeting in Cherepovets ended with the guests winning with a score of 2:1 (0:0, 1:0, 1:1). Nathan Todd scored a double for the Red-Whites, and Adam Liszka scored for Severstal.
Spartak scored 49 points and ranks sixth in the Western Conference, Severstal (57) is second in the West.
In the next match, Spartak will play against CSKA Moscow on January 11, and Severstal will host Dynamo Minsk on January 8.
