Junior World Hockey Championship. A survival match took place among the elite
In the U-20 World Junior Hockey Championship, there was a struggle for survival in the elite league between Germany and Denmark.
While the German team maintained its place among the elite by winning with a score of 8:4, the Danes were relegated to Division 1A, where they will play together with the Ukrainian U-20 team in the 2026 World Cup.
In the next elite tournament, Denmark will be replaced by the Norwegian team.
