Russian forward “Washington Capitals” Alexander Ovechkin reacted to the defeat of the “Florida Panthers” (3:4 OT) in the sixth game of the NHL playoff series.
The capital club for the fourth time in a row failed to overcome the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
– Some kind of lousy situation (in the original – fucked up situation), – the striker said in response to the remark of journalists that the capital club had never won a series since winning the Stanley Cup.
In the next stage, Florida will play with the winner of the pair of Toronto Maple Leafs – Tampa Bay Lightning.
