Russian forward Nikita Kucherov scored points in the 10th NHL game in a row
Russian Tampa Bay Lightning forward Nikita Kucherov extended his scoring streak in the NHL regular season to ten games.
Kucherov gave an assist in the last minute of the second period of the match against Philadelphia. Brandon Hagel scored from a Russian pass, making the score 4:1 in favor of Tampa.
Kucherov scored points in each of Tampa’s five games in 2026, with the Lightning winning all of them. Ten matches is the longest scoring streak for Kucherov this season.
According to the NHL press service, Kucherov completed a 10-game scoring streak for the 12th time in his NHL career. This is a repeat of the record among players born outside of North America, set by Peter Stastny.
