The Montreal Canadiens beat the Vancouver Canucks in a home match of the NHL regular season.
The meeting in Montreal ended with a score of 6:3. Alexandre Carrier scored a double for Montreal, and Noah Dobson, Mike Matheson, Juraj Slafkovskiy and Oliver Kapanen scored once each. Elias Petterson, Evander Kane and Max Sasson scored goals for Vancouver.
Montreal’s Russian forward Ivan Demidov made three assists in one game for the first time this season and was recognized as the third star of the match. Demidov has 39 points (10+29) this season.
