Barabanov’s double helped Ak Bars beat Amur in a KHL match
Kazan Ak Bars defeated Khabarovsk Amur in the regular season match of the Fonbet KHL Championship.
The meeting in Khabarovsk ended with a score of 5:3 (1:1, 2:0, 2:2) in favor of the guests, in whose lineup Alexander Barabanov scored a double, Semyon Terekhov, Mitchell Miller and Ilya Karpukhin also scored. Alexander Filatiev, Yaroslav Dyblenko and Egor Rykov scored for Amur.
Ak Bars scored 62 points and ranks second in the Eastern Conference standings; Amur, which has lost five matches in a row, is ninth (39).
On January 17, the teams will play each other again in Khabarovsk.
