Neftekhimik beat Sibir on the road and won their fifth victory in a row

Nizhnekamsk Neftekhimik beat Sibir (3:1) in the away match of the Fonbet KHL Championship.

The authors of the goals were Evgeny Mityakin and Andrey Belozerov, who scored a double. Another Neftekhimik goal scored by Damir Zhafyarov was canceled after a video review; the referees saw the forward kick the puck.

With the score 0:3, the hosts pulled one goal back, at the 58:12 mark Semyon Koshelev scored.

The victory was Neftekhimik’s fifth in a row in the championship; Igor Grishin’s team is in 5th place in the Eastern Conference with 53 points. “Siberia” has 41 points and is 8th in the East.
