Pugachev’s puck brought Torpedo victory over Spartak in the KHL match
Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo defeated Moscow Spartak in the away match of the Fonbet KHL Championship.
The meeting in Moscow ended with the score 1:0 (0:0, 1:0, 0:0) in favor of the guests. Gleb Pugachev scored the goal.
Torpedo won the third match in a row and, with 58 points, is in fourth position in the Western Conference standings. Spartak (51 points) is eighth.
In the next match, Torpedo will play away against Lokomotiv Yaroslavl on January 19, and Spartak will go to visit the Shanghai Dragons a day later.
