Metallurg beat Amur and won their eighth victory in a row in the KHL
Metallurg Magnitogorsk beat Amur Khabarovsk in an away match of the regular season of the Fonbet KHL Championship.
The meeting in Khabarovsk ended with a score of 4:3 (1:0, 0:2, 3:1) in favor of the guests. Among the winners, goals were scored by Sergei Tolchinsky, Derek Barak, Ruslan Iskhakov and Danila Palivko, who scored the decisive goal in the 59th minute. Oleg Li scored a double for the hosts, and Yaroslav Dyblenko scored once.
Metallurg won its eighth victory in a row; the team continues to lead the Eastern Conference with 76 points. “Amur” suffered its seventh defeat in a row and is in ninth place with 39 points.
On January 24, the teams will play against each other again, the meeting will take place in Magnitogorsk. Two days earlier, Metallurg will host Sibir.
