The goals of Panarin and Gavrikov did not save the Rangers from defeat in the NHL match against Anaheim

The Rangers lost to Anaheim in an away match of the NHL regular season.

The meeting in Anaheim ended with a score of 5:3 (1:1, 2:1, 2:1). Cutter Gauthier scored a double for the winners, while Mason McTavish, Jeffrey Truchon-Ville and Alexander Killorn scored one goal each. Matthew Robertson, Artemy Panarin, who also had an assist, and Vladislav Gavrikov scored for the guests.

The Rangers with 48 points are in 16th position in the Eastern Conference standings, Anaheim (53 points) are eighth in the West.

In the next match, the Rangers will play away against Los Angeles on Tuesday, and Anaheim will visit Colorado on Wednesday.
