Malkin included in the top 10 NHL players who can become free agents

Canadian channel Sportsnet has compiled a list of hockey players who can become unrestricted free agents.
The list includes Pittsburgh Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin, who ranks 10th in the ranking.
Topping the list is Calgary Flames forward Johnny Gaudreau. Followed by Chris Letang (Pittsburgh), Philip Forsberg (Nashville Predators), Nazem Kadri (Colorado Avalanche), John Klingberg (Dallas Stars), Patrice Bergeron (Boston Bruins), Evander Kane ( Edmonton Oilers), Andrew Kopp (New York Rangers) and Darcy Kumper (Colorado).
Malkin was selected by Pittsburgh in the 2004 draft with the second overall pick. The forward has been defending the colors of the team since 2006, in the regular season he played a total of 981 matches, scored 1146 points (444 + 702). As part of the Penguins, Malkin became a three-time Stanley Cup winner (2009, 2016, 2017).
