NHL. Edmonton West advances to final, beat Carolina Rangers

The Carolinas and New York Rangers continue to trade home wins. After two successes on the ice for the Rangers, the series returned to the Hurricanes arena, winning 3-1.

Carolina has yet to lose at home in the current playoffs and is one step away from the East final.

But Edmonton has already reached the finals of the Western Conference. The Oilers beat Calgary 5-4 in the first away overtime to win the series 4-1.

Connor McDavid scored the decisive goal and Leon Draisaitl provided four assists.
