The Colorado Avalanche beat the Edmonton Oilers 8-6 in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Semi-Finals.
As part of the winners, JT Komfer scored a double. Cale Makar, Nazem Kadri, Mikko Rantanen, Nathan McKinnon, Andrew Coliano and Gabriel Landeskog scored once more. Valery Nichushkin did not score with effective actions.
Ryan Macleod, Evander Kane, Zach Hyman, Connor McDavid, Derek Ryan and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins scored against the guests.
Colorado led the series to four wins. The second match of the confrontation is scheduled for June 3.
