The New York Rangers defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Semifinals 3-2.
Key-André Miller, Kaapo Kakko and Mika Zibanejad scored in the winners’ line-up. Forward Artemy Panarin did not score with effective actions. Goalkeeper Igor Shesterkin saved 29 shots.
The guests scored Nick Paul and Nikita Kucherov, who also made an assist. Goalkeeper Andrey Vasilevsky saved 25 shots.
The Rangers extended their lead in the series. The third match of the confrontation is scheduled for June 5.
