The head coach of “Tampa” said that Kucherov has a unique talent
Tampa Bay Lightning head coach John Cooper said that Russian forward Nikita Kucherov has a unique talent, thanks to which he can decide the outcome of games.
On Sunday, Tampa defeated the New York Rangers in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup semifinal series 3-2. Kucherov scored three points (1 goal + 2 assists). Also, the Russian became the first player in the history of the club, who scored 50 goals in his career in the NHL playoffs.
— He won the Hart Trophy in 2019. Kucherov is an amazing player. He has two Stanley Cup rings. This is a unique, special talent, but when several teams continue to fight for the title, almost every one of them has a player who can decide the outcome of the game, and he is one of them,” the NHL website quoted Cooper as saying.
Tampa are losing the series 1-2. The fourth match is scheduled for June 7th.
