Traktor General Director Ivan Savin said that the team is doing everything possible to keep defender Nick Baylen in the squad.
In May, Savin said that the Czech legionnaires of the team Roman Vill, Lukas Sedlak and Tomas Ghica would miss the 2022/23 season in the KHL.
— The information that Bailen will play for Traktor in the new season is premature. The final decision has not yet been made. Full certainty on Baylen will be until the end of this week, including weekends. We at Traktor are doing everything possible to keep it, and the chances are good, – Savin is quoted as saying by Bookmaker Rating.
Last season, Traktor reached the Eastern Conference playoff final, where they lost in the series to Metallurg Magnitogorsk with a score of 1-4.
