Michkov was injured after a forceful reception from the player of the Minsk “Dynamo”

Forward of the Russian national hockey team among players under 25 Matvey Michkov was injured during a collision with a player from Minsk “Dynamo” at the Sochi Hockey Open friendly tournament match.
In the second period, Dynamo defender Alexei Yemelin used a forceful technique, as a result of which the hockey player of the Russian young stars team was injured. After the incident, Michkov left the ice, holding his knee, he needed medical attention on the bench.
The meeting ended with the victory of the guests from Belarus with a score of 5:3. The next game of the national team of young stars of Russia will be held on August 6, the rival of the team will be “Admiral”.
In 2022, the Sochi Hockey Open tournament takes place from August 3 to 9, it features Sochi, Avangard, Admiral, Dynamo, SKA and the Russian national team (U25).
