37-year-old Zherdev became a player of “Youth”

Minsk “Youth” on its official website announced the transfer of Russian striker Nikolai Zherdev.
It is noted that a cooperation agreement was reached with the 37-year-old striker, the term of which is unknown.
In the off-season, Zherdev was on trial at Dynamo Minsk, where he played two control meetings with Sibir and Severstal, scoring one assist.
Zherdev was selected by Columbus with the fourth overall pick in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. On account of his 421 games and 261 points (115 + 146) in the NHL. In the KHL, the forward played for Atlant, Ak Bars, Spartak, Severstal, Dynamo Moscow, Sochi, Torpedo, Neftekhimik and Dynamo Riga.
As part of the Russian national team, the striker became a two-time world champion.
