A majority of Portuguese football fans believe Jorge Jesus will lead the national team to victory in upcoming competitions, according to a poll by Intercampus for CM and CMTV.
Two in three supporters surveyed in the poll expressed confidence that the new head coach will take Portugal back to winning titles in the coming years.
The survey results show strong public trust in the manager as he prepares the national squad, often referred to as the equipa das quinas, for future international tournaments.

The poll was conducted by market research company Intercampus for the Portuguese newspaper Correio da Manha and its companion television station CMTV. The findings highlight widespread optimism among fans regarding the team under its new leadership.
According to the survey, two out of every three supporters asked trust that the manager will deliver success and secure trophies in upcoming international fixtures.
Background of Jorge Jesus
Jorge Jesus is a veteran Portuguese football manager with an extensive career across Europe, South America, and the Middle East. He previously managed Portuguese clubs Benfica and Sporting CP, guiding Benfica to three domestic league titles and reaching two UEFA Europa League finals.
Jesus later achieved international acclaim at Brazilian club Flamengo, where he won the Copa Libertadores and the Brazilian Serie A title. He also had successful spells with Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal before taking charge of the Portugal national team for his first international management role.
