With Skoda Fabia Evo Rally2, the Chalkias Racing Team at the ECO Acropolis Rally 2022

We are on the home stretch of the ECO Rally Acropolis 2022, where Chalkias Racing Team will take part with the Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo prepared by H-Sport from Italy.

At the wheel is Themis Chalkias, who will contest the 14th Acropolis Rally of his career. The 2017 Dirt Cup winner and first Greek driver in the 2013 race has Andreas Vigo between them on the right in the 5th race.

Participation will be counted in the WRC2 Open category, which includes all Rally2/R5 specification cars. The sponsors of the participation are ELDON’S AEBE, Gulf, Euroins, Ferrous by Karvounis and Amigos, while the participation supports the work of the association “I PISTI”, the association of parents and guardians of children with neoplastic diseases (cancer). The Fabia Rally2 Evo’s livery was edited by Keane Design and implemented by Daltec Graphic Supplies.

Themis Chalkias explained: “We are gearing up for another Acropolis Rally which is expected to be interesting and very competitive. We are more experienced and better prepared, while we have teamed up with Andreas and created an effective duo“.

Regarding the change of car, he said: “This year we will be driving an excellent car from a top team and it is in our hands to use it, enjoy it and, as always, offer a rich spectacle to the spectators who will flood the special courses.
