Alpha Tauri Team will hold the first number
French driver Pierre Gasly, 26, will drive for Red Bull’s subsidiary until the end of his contract with the Austrian brand.
Gasly wants to be the driver of the first team of the Red Bull family. If this does not happen, the French intend to leave.
Pierre joined Alpha Tauri (later Toro Rosso) in 2017. There are three podium finishes in Formula 1. In the 2020 season, Gasly made its premiere at the Italian Grand Prix.
Recall, it was previously known that the Japanese Yuki Tsunoda, who made his Formula 1 debut the previous year, will be the co-driver of Alpha Tauri.
