Lewis Hamilton: ‘I know how to build a championship car for 2023’
Mercedes will not win the Constructors’ Championship for the first time since 2013, and driver Lewis Hamilton could close the season without winning a race for the first time in his career.
But the Briton is confident that the situation will change in 2023.
“I’m sure Mercedes will have a better car in 2023 than now. I think we know what the problems are. It can’t be that the championship team isn’t making a good car.”
“I know how to make a car that can fight for the championship, so we will fight for the positions we deserve in the new season,” said Hamilton.
The pilot said earlier that he plans to extend the contract with Mercedes.
