Sébastien Ozier returned to the hull of the Toyota Yaris Rally1 to win Rally Spain, repelling the attacks of Hyundai’s Thierry Neville to the finish – by 16.4 seconds – and helping Toyota mathematically secure the Constructors’ Championship as well .

Adrien Fourmot wasn’t as competitive as he would have liked, escaping a hit with the wall today, while Pierre-Louis Loubet showed his speed again but lost too much time on day one with a spin and an exhaust problem.


As for Gus Greensmith, he had a nasty and hard crash into the ED11 barriers in the fourth Ford Puma Rally1 on Saturday, forcing organizers to cancel the special to remove the paid rally car. Despite this, M-Sport managed to repair the Brit’s car to return today for the final 4 specials of the race.

This year’s World Rally Championship will conclude with Rally Japan on November 10-13, which will feature no attractions apart from the official celebrations of this year’s champions Kale Rowanpera and Toyota on their home team.
