Magnussen sensationally wins rain qualifiers in Brazil
Top 10: Magnussen, Verstappen, Russell, Norris, Sainz, Ocon, Alonso, Hamilton, Perez, Leclerc
Qualification took place before the sprint race as part of the Brazilian Grand Prix.
Haas driver Kevin Magnussen will start from first position in Saturday’s sprint. In the third part of the qualifier, the Dane was one of the first to show the time and took 1st place. After that, red flags were raised due to the relegation of George Russell.
As Russell’s car rolled off the track, the rain intensified heavily, so no one else could beat Magnussen’s result. This is the first pole position for Denmark and for the Haas team.
