Formula 1: This is Lewis Hamilton’s new Mercedes car
The F1 World Champion restored the silver color of her cars and unveiled her new car for 2022, the W13, to be driven by Lewis Hamilton and George Russell at the Brockley factory.
For Mercedes F1, 2022 is perhaps more of a challenge than any other team as the radically changed technical regulations of its cars take away the lead it has held constant since the last change in 2017 and forced it to finish the W13 in white to design and not to further develop last year’s plan of the top W12.

The car’s design is particularly impressive down to the last detail, especially in its maze-like floor, and it’s evident that the W13 unveiled by Mercedes today is largely its real race car – and not a demo with its new colors. .
Hamilton and Russell will complete the first few kilometers of the new W13 at Silverstone today to allow the team to track the operation of the car’s systems before winter development testing begins next Wednesday 23/2. in Barcelona, Spain.
