The fans made a platform for the new Ferrari F1-75 in Fiorano

The Scuderia completed the first kilometers of their new F1-75 car at their own track in Fiorano and found themselves in front of the pleasant surprise of a podium among dozens of team-mates braving the cold and dense fog.

Ferrari wanted to see if its new car’s systems would work properly for the 2022 Formula 1 championship, but it was known in advance that it would only cover 15 kilometers for its sponsors’ filming and promotional purposes.

But fans braved the cold and headed to Fiorano to get a closer look at the car that Scuderia had unveiled just the day before – and which gives the Italians hope (due to this year’s change in technical regulations) for the team’s return to the F1 championship.

Dense fog in many places blocked the view of fans, but that didn’t stop them from uploading several videos to the Internet showing Charles Leclerc following the special movie car, under the distant sound of the F1-75 hybrid engine.

Monegasque left the track at 10:15 and was later relieved in the cockpit by Carlos Saint. They only covered 15 kilometers together, and not on the normal route from Fiorano.

This process is called a demo run and is FIA approved for a new car. In addition, the teams have two “shooting days” available throughout the year, which are allowed to complete 100 kilometers. Ferrari will use the first of these two days on February 22 in Barcelona, a day before the start of the first three days of official F1 winter testing at the track in Catalonia.

As soon as the short process was completed, Scuderia wanted to thank the fans for their presence and support, the team reports. “Charles and Carlos took the first lap to thank the Stoic fans who braved the cold weather”give autographs.

It is worth noting that the day of the first kilometers of the F1-75 on the track coincided with the birthday of the company’s founder Enzo Ferrari on February 18, 1898. Also, the name of the car itself celebrates 75 years since its construction, Ferrari’s first car.

The season finale and Monaco’s failure will be shown. Where are the most overtakes in F1?

The Formula 1 2025 season was full of competition and transitions. Although fewer in number than last year and fans and drivers not always able to enjoy the action on track, there were still plenty of genuine overtakes.

On some routes there were very few, as expected. The fewest overtakes took place in Monaco; There were only four overtakes during the entire race. And most of them were at the season finale, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – 60th.

Below is the exact number of actual overtakes on each stage; this number does not take into account position changes on pit road during the first lap as the driver exits or exits the track. The chart only reflects actual overtaking on the motorway.

VIDEO. Mercedes leader at a loss for words because of Leclerc’s behavior

Mercedes driver George Russell received a rather unusual Christmas gift from Charles Leclerc as part of Secret Santa.

The Briton received a chart showing his overtakes at the Dutch Grand Prix, arguably one of the most exciting moments of the season.

After unwrapping the gift, Russell said: “Look at him. He’s such a nice guy. He can only overtake illegally, so that’s all he has going for him – taking people off the track. I’m speechless to be honest.”

When asked if he wanted to wish Leclerc a Merry Christmas, the British driver playfully added:

“He doesn’t deserve this. Maybe I’ll give him another photo of Kimi knocking him out of the race and remind him of what happened a few laps later. Thank you Charles. Thank you for nothing.”
