Andrea Dovizioso to become MotoGP legend in 2023
Andrea Dovizioso and Hans-Georg Anscheidt will be named MotoGP Legends for 2023, as announced by tournament organizer Dorna in a statement. Italy’s Dovizioso will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at Mugello (June 9-11), while Germany’s Anscheidt will be inducted at Sachsenring the following week (June 16-18).
Dovizioso won the 125cc World Championship in 2004, moved up to the 250cc class and made his MotoGP debut in 2008 with Honda’s satellite team, Jill Team Scott.
