As a precaution, Schumacher contacted his mother in the hospital after the accident
Mick Schumacher had a violent collision in Q2 of qualifying testing, with Haas saying the driver is fine, he was taken to hospital as a precaution, while also speaking to his mother.

He added that Schumacher spoke to his mother, Corina Schumacher, on the phone. In fact, he was transported to hospital as a precaution while we are to be informed by the FIA.
In fact, the broadcast camera caught Schumacher speaking to people on his team and confirming that he is indeed fine.
“I spoke to his mother [Μικ] and I kept them posted. He doesn’t have any obvious injuries, but they want to take some X-rays to make sure the forces being put on him aren’t having an effect. The collision damaged the system [ραδιοεπικοινωνίας] and so we heard nothing, but we got the news that he has the senses” said Gooder Steiner.
