Acropolis Rally Legends 2022 with racing groups A and N of the 90s

Racing cars that made history at WRC in the 1990s will have the opportunity to enjoy the spectators at the 15th Historic Acropolis Rally taking place from 4-5 June 2022 with a focus on Itea.

More precisely, in the newly established institution Acropolis Rally Legends, cars of categories A and N with the date of issue of the FIA ​​identification card from January 1, 1991 to December 31, 1999 can participate.

The participants of this institution follow in the footsteps of the 15th Historic Acropolis Rally. They start under the Parthenon and finish at the Zappeion Megaron, while in between they compete on the same special routes with their own starting order.

At the awards level, they can claim the general classification of the Acropolis Rally Legends race, the general classification of categories A and N, the general classification in atmospheres up to 2000 cc. (F2) and in the Twin Atmospheric atmospheres up to 1600 cc. (F3) – as well as of course the distinction in their classes.

The goal of the organization is to establish the Acropolis Rally Legends as part of the Historic Acropolis Rally, which attracts both race cars from past decades in the Sporting category and impressive and well-maintained vintage cars in the Regularity race. The latter are carried out at the same time and of course on different routes. and was selected by the FIA ​​as one of the qualifiers leading up to the grand final of the 2022 FIA Regularity Trophy.
