Bagnaia’s focus is on “regaining the feeling when braking”
In the last three GGPPs Jorge Martin He has regained a 49-point lead over world leader Pecco Bagnaia, but with mechanical problems on his Ducati braking at Motegi, he has just 13 points to defend and a “Solpasso” could happen on Sunday.
“We have been talking within the team and I think the work they are trying to do is going in the right direction, because the main goal is to get the feeling back when braking and we can achieve that. I’m confident in that,” he said regarding this point.
“My feeling is that I brake the same way, but I can’t stop the motorcycle. It was very difficult for me because the rear axle no longer helps me when braking. And When I crashed, it was because my rear axle was in line with the bike.”I lost the front and I’m usually in control, but last week the skids on corner entry were so unstable that it was hard to control. It’s been difficult, but we’re working on this and I’m confident we can get it under control. Everything will be fine tomorrow morning,” declared the MotoGP World Champion.
“To be honest, we’ve had a little bit of bad luck in the last three weeks. In Barcelona he fell on the first lap and was overtaken by Brad Binder, but I think what happened is that sometimes bad luck can be good depending on the situation. “In Misano we weren’t in the best conditions and lost points, and last weekend was one of the most difficult weekends so far, but we were able to be competitive,” Bagnaia emphasized. did.
“On Sunday I was second ahead of Jorge, but then I crashed and lost points. In the last two Grands Prix I was able to be competitive, but in the end I lost points. Yes, there are difficulties, but we are competitive,” commented the World Cup leader.
“At the moment there are still 14 races left. There is no more pressure. Last year it was more intense. We hadn’t won a title for 15 years and the circumstances were different, but now we know everything. There’s no problem, we can fight for wins and if we have a bad day we’ll finish second or third, but we have to focus on doing everything perfectly and knowing what we have to do. Bagnaia emphasized.
“Competing again at speeds like this weekend will be beneficial and allow me to understand my fall and understand why I fell to avoid repeating the same mistake next weekend. That is why we can say that there are no problems now,” Ducati admitted. rider.
“I don’t think about last week’s fall. I know what I did wrong and I know how strong we are. We pushed the situation a little bit in that moment and just That’s what I would have done. My strategy has always been ‘push as hard as I can and in that sense I’ll continue, I’ll always try to improve and try to get into the best position possible. We will do it, we will go for the win and then we will see,” Bagnaia concluded.

The season finale and Monaco’s failure will be shown. Where are the most overtakes in F1?
The Formula 1 2025 season was full of competition and transitions. Although fewer in number than last year and fans and drivers not always able to enjoy the action on track, there were still plenty of genuine overtakes.
On some routes there were very few, as expected. The fewest overtakes took place in Monaco; There were only four overtakes during the entire race. And most of them were at the season finale, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – 60th.
Below is the exact number of actual overtakes on each stage; this number does not take into account position changes on pit road during the first lap as the driver exits or exits the track. The chart only reflects actual overtaking on the motorway.

VIDEO. Mercedes leader at a loss for words because of Leclerc’s behavior
Mercedes driver George Russell received a rather unusual Christmas gift from Charles Leclerc as part of Secret Santa.
The Briton received a chart showing his overtakes at the Dutch Grand Prix, arguably one of the most exciting moments of the season.
After unwrapping the gift, Russell said: “Look at him. He’s such a nice guy. He can only overtake illegally, so that’s all he has going for him – taking people off the track. I’m speechless to be honest.”
When asked if he wanted to wish Leclerc a Merry Christmas, the British driver playfully added:
“He doesn’t deserve this. Maybe I’ll give him another photo of Kimi knocking him out of the race and remind him of what happened a few laps later. Thank you Charles. Thank you for nothing.”

There is no information that George Russell bought Charles Leclerc.😂
“It’s a very delicate piece. It means having a form that’s not legal. It means they’re unarmed… much better.” pic.twitter.com/O7MLLWdTtB
