The special gift Leclerc received from Lazio
During qualifying testing at the Italian GP, Charles Leclerc received a special gift that bore the signature of the entire Lazio team.
This season has got off to an impressive start for Charles Leclerc as he leads the drivers’ standings in Formula 1 and is looking to continue at the same blistering pace behind Max Ferstappen in the Italian GP where he finished second in qualifying.
Regardless of the placement he will achieve at this Grand Prix, however, it is certain that he has collected many points of recognition from the motorsport public and this can be seen in a very nice gesture made on Good Friday afternoon ( 22/4).
It played an Italian team, namely Lazio, whereby the Ferrari driver received a jersey of the team of the eternal city, signed by all its players, with his last name and the number of his car on the back.
A move that did not leave Leclerc untouched, who, taking the jersey, made the following comment: “I don’t watch much football but I’m very happy. Thank you.”
