The dream is still alive. Sergio Perez aims for 2024 championship
Red Bull driver Sergio Perez had an unsuccessful season in 2023, but the Mexican driver hopes to challenge teammate Max Verstappen in the new championship.
“Our main goal is to win the championship. I already finished second, now I need to move up one place. But I understand that this is a big challenge. I will have a new chance in 2024. To be honest, I did not feel good in this car last season.”
“I hope the new season will be better for me. Verstappen had the best season in F1 history. It was incredible,” said Perez.
The pilot’s contract expires in 2024.
