Fernando Alonso is honest about his future: “I don’t want to compromise on them.”

The Aston Martin Project has decided to fill the Asturians and not compete for the team, but will continue in some way.

“I’m fast and competitive and pilot while the team needs me on the wheel. But my contract is much longer than my sports career, so I’ll continue in another role with this team for many years.

Recently, Aston Martin struggled to recreate the solid start he had when Alonso conquered eight podiums in 2023. Despite this, he is Inisiste Fernando, who continues to enjoy the process of helping his team grow.

“When I left Alpine, I thought I wouldn’t be fighting for the World Championship there. They might do that in the future, but maybe not in the short term. And I don’t have a long-term future. I won’t run forever. So during my sports career I thought Aston Martin was a better place.

“I was enjoying 2023. It was competitive. Now we enjoy the process of finding ourselves and the building of our future team. Sometimes we say we’re not the current team.
