Everyone talks about the virus images of Alonso and Verstappen.

That’s not a secret Max Verstappen and Fernando Alonso They have a good friendship relationship based on mutual respect between the champion and their great pilot skills. There are many statements where one praises the other and the other, but in that category into sprints, F1 Miami GPthey showed good harmony in another way among the great Caleristas, helping to reject two consecutive turns in the full session of “Qualy Shotout”.

There is no waste in the sequence of what happened. Fernanda Alonso with a car with the worst peak speed of the grille played it in one letterin one attempt to play the miracle of joining SQ3 among the top 10 sprint classifications. I needed a perfect turn, his rival’s mistake, and some rebU. And Fernando, a pilot with an engineer’s mind, always moved forward to the rest of his thinking solutions that could help him in any career situation, seeing the opportunity to realize that Vertapen, where Verta was launched, had arrived.

Alonso searched Max and Verstappen on orbit

It was seen in that sequence that went viral on social networks Alonso I’m looking for a rearview mirror in the middle of preparing before the final turn. Lined up, he did what he borrowed to center the car at full speed. Max Verstappen leverages its rebuild. After that I touched Fernando began his return and the Asturian attacked, hoping that Max could return his favor.

Verstappen, I know I can help Alonso, He asked the engineer on the radio how far Fernando was behind him. He was ready and even stopped the car to hunt him at the right time. His track engineer had informed him, and when they reached the long back, With the four-time champion fully placed, Alonso wore a Revfo, reduced air resistance, achieved key peak speeds, and achieved the best of 10, first and foremost predictions.

Alonso and Max are lined up the fastest

The advantage that Alonso could win with that maneuver was enormous. That much Asturian was a pilot with a car with little chips and the overall classification was fast on this occasion.reach 346 km/h with that action thanks to Max’s rebufo5 km/h more than what was achieved by his partner, and is taking a walk with other Aston Martins in SQ1.

Thank you for the closed park

So, at the end of the sprint classification, Max came in fourth and Fernando Alonso came in tenth and we searched as soon as we parked our cars in a park where both were closed. The conversation is unknown, but Alonso was seen waving at Max, and after a brief conversation he smiled with a clear appreciation and put his hand on his shoulder.

Alonso knows that if he hadn’t done that Pillo among the champions, he would likely have been out of the top 10, and as I said after the sprint classification, he was struggling with the balance of the car.

“I’m a bit surprised I’m in the top 10.”

“I’m a bit surprised to be in the top 10 in the third quarter. That’s good.it’s good, However, I didn’t feel very good in the car. I still struggle with balance and understanding the car. What you get from a car isn’t always consistent. But despite everything, it was clearly a good day. It’s the first third quarter of the season for us.”Asturian said.

“I hope we keep the time this Saturday. Sprint race? It’s difficult to predict. Only the top 8 cars are trying to add points, but I think now it’s 0.7 in front of our eyes. I think they’re faster, but we’ll try our best,” he insisted, revealing that it’s impossible to fight for the short sleeve points on the weekend.

PHOTOGRAPH. Two-time F1 champion wowed with 0,000 Christmas gift

Two-time Formula 1 champion Fernando Alonso added the new high-performance SUV Aston Martin DBX S to his car collection. The driver took delivery of the car, valued at more than $260,000, a few days before Christmas in Monte Carlo, where he was photographed next to the new product near the Aston Martin dealership in Monaco.

Powered by Mercedes’ 727 horsepower 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, the DBX S reaches 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. The new SUV joins Alonso’s collection, which already includes the Aston Martin Valiant and Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR.

With 2026 rule changes approaching, Alonso and Aston Martin hope the new DBX S will signal the beginning of better times. The team’s new technical partnership with Honda and Adrian Newey’s experience pave the way for Aston Martin to challenge for top spot next season.

Lewis Hamilton reveals details of new F1 season preparation regime

Seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton has admitted he has had to significantly change his daily training regime as he gets older to cope with the physical and mental demands of the World Championship. The 40-year-old Ferrari driver is preparing for his 20th season in F1 and is the second oldest driver on the grid after Fernando Alonso.

The Briton stated that his preparation is now much tighter than at the beginning of his career, with recovery playing a key role in maintaining a competitive level.

“The regime has changed, it has improved. I still love running. This morning I ran 6 to 8 miles. Then I took an ice bath. But above all, the first thing I do as soon as I get out of bed is stretch,” Hamilton said.

According to the pilot, in order not to gain excessive weight, he limits strength training and prefers pilates, yoga and interval training. At the same time, there are two elements that he does not reject under any circumstances.

“Ice baths are not an option. Before, I didn’t really think about recovery: I just trained and got on with my life. Now stretching and ice baths are things I force myself to do every day,” Hamilton emphasized.

The seven-time champion athlete attaches great importance to mental health as well as physical training. He admitted that breathing exercises, meditation and yoga helped him cope with the stress of the 24-stage season.

The Ferrari driver concluded: “An ice bath teaches you to control your breathing and fight the urge to give up. This helps me stay positive throughout the year.”
