Karimov won the ninth stage of the Silk Road rally in the truck class, Nikolaev reached the lead leaders
The crew of the Kamaz -Master team under the direction of Bogdan Karimov won at the ninth stage of the Silk Road rally in the truck class.
The length of the ninth specialized expert along the Altai – HOVD route was about 276.26 km. The crew of Karimov showed the result of 2 hours 57 minutes 21 seconds. The second was the Kamaz -Master crew under the direction of Russian Almaz Akhmedov (+49 seconds), the third place was taken by the KamAZ -Master crew under the control of Eduard Nikolaev (+1 minutes 32 seconds). The crew of the Belarusian Sergey Vyazovich from the Maz -Sportavto team, which was the leading in the standings of the trucks, had an accident during the passage of the ninth stage and left the rally marathon. Nikolaev reached the first line in the overall standings of trucks (21: 03.31). On the second line are representatives of KamAZ -Master, led by Anton Shibalov (+5.21). In third place – Akhmedov’s crew (+36.53).
In the standings of SUVs in the T1 class, the best result at the stage was shown by Russian Pavel Andreev on Toyota (3 hours 37 minutes 38 seconds). In the T2 class, the representative of Turkmenistan Merdan Toylyev from Nissan won (5 hours 53 minutes 40 seconds). The best in the T3 class was Russian Roman Rusinov on Can -Am (3 hours 21 minutes 50 seconds).
In the ATV class, the best time was shown by Russian Alexei Zverev on RM (4 hours 39 minutes 18 seconds). In class 450, Murun Purevorge from Mongolia on KTM (3 hours 47 minutes 49 seconds) was the best, in the G -Moto class – Russian Ekaterina Zhadanova from KTM (4 hours 23 minutes 36 seconds).
The tenth stage of the rally, the length of the special storage tower of which will be 257.14 km, will be held on July 21 along the Hovd – Kosh -Agach route.
The Silk Road international rally in 2025 passes through the territory of Russia and Mongolia from July 12 to 22.
