Forbes’ review. Formula 1 teams are more expensive than Barcelona
Forbes traditionally named the 50 most expensive sports teams in the world. The list includes both NFL and NBA clubs, as well as football giants such as Real Madrid and Barcelona, but this year the ranking also included leading Formula 1 teams.
The fortune of the NFL team Dallas Cowboys is estimated to be $13 billion.
The F1 teams’ positions were particularly impressive. The legendary Ferrari ranked 26th in the ranking with a valuation of $ 6.5 billion. Mercedes, the vice champion of the 2025 Formula 1 season, worth $ 6 billion, was also included in the list of the most expensive teams.
It is interesting that McLaren, the champion of both competitions, is not included in the list.
Both Formula 1 teams were ahead of football clubs such as Barcelona and Liverpool.
No F1 teams were represented on the list last year, indicating that the sport’s popularity around the world is rapidly growing.
