Mick Schumacher signs with IndyCar
mick schumacherThe son of legendary F1 driver Michael Schumacher is set to race after signing a contract to race at the American oval next year. Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL) IndyCarAs announced by the team this Monday.
Schumacher, 26, has raced in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) with Alpine for the past two years after losing his F1 spot with Haas at the end of 2022.
Six of IndyCar’s 17 races, including the Indianapolis 500, are held on ovals or high-speed tracks. RLL announced that it will soon plan an oval test for the German player. The season begins at March 1st.
