In 2026, the Spaniard will be an official Hyundai Motorsport driver for his 13th consecutive campaign, starting with the Canary Islands Rally at the end of April.

The driver from Puente San Miguel (Cantabria) will once again be behind the wheel within the Hyundai Motorsport structure, alongside two former teammates Esapekka Lappi and Hayden Paddon.

“I am very happy to be returning to Hyundai i20N Rally1 in 2026. Candido and I had a very good season, winning the title in the Portuguese Championship in the Hyundai i20N Rally2,” says the Cantabrian.

“It’s a boost that I’m looking forward to taking advantage of next year. I’m confident that we’ll be competitive. I’m looking forward to working with the team again and helping Thierry Neuville and Adrien Formeau in the fight for the championship,” he added.
