EBRO accelerates towards an electric and intelligent future with the new EBRO s900 plug-in hybrid
Cars are part of a country’s memory. And in Spain there are brands that have been part of our roads for generations. Let’s talk about Ebro. Since its inception more than 70 years ago, its trucks, vans and tractors have become part of a rapidly changing social landscape, advancing by leaps and bounds to become the modern country it is today.
The company employs thousands of people across multiple factories and has become a symbol of Spanish industry and of the automotive industry. The company built vehicles, but it also built progress and opportunity. A long time has passed since he was born in the distant year of 1954. But the truth is that his name remains in the memory of millions of people.
The new EBRO s900 plug-in hybrid powertrain offers 425 horsepower, 580 Nm of torque and 4×4 traction, plus six driving modes.
This famous Spanish company has now returned with renewed strength and with great success to the domestic car market. EBRO’s new phase is built on the pride of its past and the desire to integrate cutting-edge technology with the aim of creating modern and diverse products perfectly adapted to the current needs of its customers. Four models with different engines (petrol, plug-in hybrid and self-charging hybrid) are already part of this renaissance.
And as a flagship, the new EBRO s900 plug-in hybrid is an SUV that reflects the tradition of robustness that has characterized the brand since its inception and projects it towards intelligent and efficient mobility. Measuring 4.81 meters long, 1.92 meters wide and 1.74 meters high, this vehicle has an elegant and robust design and is one of those vehicles that catches your eye even before you set out. Additionally, the wheelbase of 2.80 meters ensures a spacious interior that can comfortably accommodate up to seven passengers in a 2+3+2 configuration.
The real feature of this new model bearing the Zero label is its plug-in hybrid system. With a range of up to 140 kilometers in fully electric mode and an electric range of 177 kilometers in urban areas, it can cover many journeys every day without using the internal combustion engine.
And for longer ranges, the engine runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering a total range of up to 1,050 kilometers. These characteristics result in a combined average consumption of 1.7 l/100 km, or 6.9 l/100 km if the battery is discharged. A perfect proposition for those who want to travel far and bet on sustainability.
This model stands out for its impressive electric range of up to 140 km in mixed driving and 177 km in city driving.
Feel the power and enjoy the interior
The New EBRO s900 plug-in hybrid also stands out for its power. The combined response of 425 HP (313 kW) and 580 Nm of torque is immediate, powerful and balanced. 4×4 traction ensures stable behavior in all conditions, and six driving modes allow you to adapt the vehicle’s personality to your driving style. When you get behind the wheel, you immediately realize that this is a versatile SUV that adapts to different needs and guarantees the highest level of comfort and safety.
When you open the door, you’ll be surprised by the combination of technology and wellbeing. The 15.6-inch high-resolution central screen is a true command center for managing vehicle parameters. Its ultra-fast response also prevents distractions while driving. An advanced voice recognition system also helps, for example, when changing the temperature of the air conditioner or opening and closing the panoramic roof. With a surface area of 1.1 square meters, this element provides a sense of spaciousness that changes the perception of space and floods the cabin with light.
The new EBRO s900 plug-in hybrid reaches a total autonomous driving range of 1,050 km in hybrid mode
The seats in both the first and second rows are electrically powered and designed for maximum comfort. There is ventilation and heating, and the front row seats also have a massage function. Then even the longest journey will become a moment of rest. And there are other things that make this trip even more appealing. It is a Sony sound system with 14 speakers with excellent acoustic quality.
A family car that is always safe
The new EBRO s900 plug-in hybrid is a benchmark in active and passive safety and is essential in a car with a clear focus on practicality and family friendliness. With 10 airbags (among which the central airbag between the front passenger and driver’s knees stands out) and a total of 26 latest generation ADAS systems, the new s900 has no rivals in its segment. Two systems added to this model are worth highlighting in comparison to its series sibling. This is an automatic parking assistant that allows you to park and unpark without using the steering wheel. Reverse route assistant can remember the last 50 meters traveled and automatically reproduce it exactly in the opposite direction, which is very useful on narrow roads. Added to this is a 540-degree panoramic view camera, which increases your awareness of the environment and is extremely useful in low-visibility areas.
EBRO is back with five new model ranges including combustion, plug-in hybrid and self-charging hybrid.
Reflecting a growing tradition
The new EBRO s900 plug-in hybrid embodies and combines everything EBRO stands for. That is, the ability to adapt, evolve, and provide mobility that is driven by emotion, technology, and efficiency. You’ll find stiffness, agility, comfort and spaciousness, all while maximizing expression. This is an SUV that shows the ceiling of the lineup as well as its future direction.
EBRO is a historic Spanish brand that has had a presence on the roads for more than 70 years, forming part of the country’s industrial and social landscape.
The flagship model of the new series pays homage to the roots of the iconic Spanish car brand, reconnecting with the driver and evolving towards a mobility based on innovation, sustainability and versatility.

Formula 1. Presentation of the first Audi car. Watch LIVE online
One of the two new teams on the Formula 1 grid is preparing to introduce its car for the 2026 season. The Audi team will officially reveal the new car at a special event in Berlin on Tuesday, January 20.
Audi has fully taken over Sauber’s project ahead of the 2026 season and will start its first Formula 1 championship as a factory team and power unit manufacturer. The team has also retained a significant portion of its 2025 Sauber structure, including team boss Jonathan Whitley and drivers Gabriel Bortoleto and Nico Hulkenberg.
This will make Audi the fourth team to submit designs for its 2026 car, after Red Bull, Racing Bulls and Haas. The presentation will take place in the German capital in the format of a full-fledged seasonal launch.
Following the main event, a separate event will be held in Berlin on Wednesday, January 21 for selected fans and media to take a closer look at the new car and its livery.
The presentation will start on January 20 at 20:00 Kyiv time. During the event, the team will reveal the car’s full design for the 2026 season.
Let’s remember that Audi had previously put the 2026 car on the track during promotional races at the Barcelona-Catalonia circuit in early January, but only a limited number of images were released at that time.

Audi will pay 1 million 250 thousand Euros to the driver for winning the Formula 1 race
Formula 1 driver Nico Hulkenberg can count on a multimillion-dollar bonus in his first season with Audi if he can repeat the results in the 2025 season.
Last season, the German pilot reached the Formula 1 podium after 250 races for the first time in his career and finished the British Grand Prix in third place. At Silverstone, Hulkenberg was ahead of seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton and scored 15 points in one go.
Hulkenberg scored 51 points at the end of the 2025 season.
On the eve of Audi’s first season, specialized media reported that the 38-year-old pilot signed a contract providing a bonus of 50 thousand euros for each point earned in the 2026 season.
Given the large-scale changes in Formula 1, even the pilots themselves cannot yet predict the balance of power in the peloton. However, if Hulkenberg scores 51 points again, the bonus can reach 2 million 550 thousand euros in addition to his base salary at Audi.
If Nico manages to win the race and score the maximum 25 points, this will immediately earn him a bonus of 1,250,000 euros.
The team will present the appearance of its first car today at 20:00 Kyiv time.
