The Rally of Syros continues the tradition of the Rally Islands of SISA of the past decades. The nostalgia is combined with a modern organization and satellite timing, while the organization is supported by the South Aegean Region and Syros Ermoupolis Municipality.

Historic vehicles over 30 years old and selected youngtimers aged 20-29 are eligible to participate. There are three categories:

  • the demanding regularity,
  • the relaxed Touring Trophy and
  • the newly formed Classique.

In the Classique category, only models manufactured up to December 31, 1980 take part. These cars do not require major modification and there is a restriction on using additional range finders.
