Historic Acropolis Rally 2022: Karanikolas Kakavas are elusive in the race of Acropolis Rally Legends

In the newly established category “Acropolis Rally Legends” of the Historic Acropolis Rally, the Epamineondas Karanikolas – George Kakavas had no problems in the two days.
They drove fast, put on a spectacle with the impressive Ford Escort RS Cosworth and confidently claimed victory by prevailing on all 11 stages of the Historic Acropolis Rally.
Second in the race were the “Acropolis Rally Legends”. Ioannis papazisis – Konstantinos Pediaditakis with Mazda Familia 323s gaining momentum and passing in Sunday’s stage Theodoros Kalamaras – Vasiliki Psarakiwhich eventually brought the Citroen Saxo VTS to third place.
The four categories were completed by Kyriakos Vytogiannis – Giannis Katsikas with Subaru Impreza 555.
