How many victories do drivers racing in Formula 1 have this year?
So far everything shows that this year’s F1 drivers’ title is claimed by Ferstappen and Leclerc. On the grid, however, there are drivers with far more career wins.
Half of the drivers racing in Formula 1 this year have tasted the champagne of victory. Of course, the most versatile is the 7-time world champion Lewis Hamilton with 103 wins in his career so far.
Behind him and by a wide margin is Sebastian Vettel with 53 wins, followed by Fernando Alonso, the other “Geroliko” on the grid, in third place with 32 wins.
2021 World Champion Max Ferstappen is even further behind with 24 wins, while the other contender for this year’s title, Charles Leclerc, has just 4 wins, 4 fewer than Daniel Ricciardo and 6 fewer than Valteri Botas.
Sergio Perez clinched his third career win in Monaco, while Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon each had one.
