Hamilton apparently announced an initiative to eliminate discrimination in schools
In his first public post since the dramatic end of the 2021 season in Abu Dhabi, Lewis Hamilton announced a new social action by Mission 44 aimed at keeping children in UK schools from social discrimination.
Mission 44 is a charity founded by seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton with the primary goal of eliminating inequalities in education and providing career opportunities to people in disadvantaged decision-making areas.
This action, for which Hamilton’s Mission 44 is working together with the British television channel Sky, affects children who have no or no access to basic education due to social discrimination and others.
Hamilton said: “Understanding and solving problems that lead young people to drop out of school is very important to me. Having experienced unjustified exclusion in my school days, I understand how disturbing and distressing this can be.
When we founded Task 44 Initiatives like this were one of my top priorities last year and I am grateful for the support of heaven So that the Task 44 take action. “Through this partnership, I hope to bring about significant change by equipping schools with the right strategies to support and empower young Black students, rather than abandoning them to their fate.”
